Product Warranty

Aluminum Frames: Our aluminum collections also feature a heavy gauge re-enforced aluminum extrusion and solid castings. Aluminum afford the benefits of being rust-free as well as being lighter weight and easy to move. All Frames feature a tough, chip and abrasion resistant electro-statically applied powder-coat finish. This finish provides superior protection from corrosion and long lasting beauty. Some of our premium frames utilize a hand applied custom antique finishing for a unique artistic look. On these hand-applied finishes, any differences in color or design are neither warranteed nor considered to be defects. Vinyl Straps are pure virgin vinyl with added UV inhibitors to help prevent fading.

 

Limited Warranty

All Creative Living products are covered under our manufacturer’s Limited (2-1-1) Warranty. All furniture manufactured is warranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and when product is purchased from an authorized dealer. If a product manufactured by Creative Living fails structurally due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use within the terms of our limited warranty, Creative Living will repair or replace the item at no charge. Structural failure due to rust or rusting on the general frame is expressly excluded from this limited warranty. If a product or item is discontinued and or not available, we reserve the right to substitute similar products of an equal or greater value than the original item. Creative Living reserves the right, in all cases, to issue a monetary credit for the original purchase price of the product in lieu of replacement. Proof of Purchase (detailed receipt) or photography may be requested for finalization of claims on a case by case basis.

 

5 Year Limited Warranty:

Fabric(where applicable): Fabric, sunbrella cushions are warranted for five (5) years.

 

2 Year Limited Warranty:

Finish: The paint finish is warranted against peeling, flaking, cracking, or blistering for a period of two (2) years provided the unit has not been scratched or abraded. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered. Fading or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements or chemicals is not covered.

 

1 Year Limited Warranty:

Wicker (where applicable): All-weather wicker are warranted for a period of one (1) year against defects in material or workmanship. Fading or discoloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemicals, or from spills is not covered.

Freight: Creative Living will NOT be responsible for the freight charges incurred from any replacement made within the warranty period. We will not be responsible for freight to or from our facility on any warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions:

Limited Warranty does not include: clearance items, items purchased "as is;”freight damage; furniture damaged by acts of nature, vandalism, fire, abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or improper assembly; weave and fabric against fading or discoloration from exposure to elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals; table top against breakage; buckling or splitting of tubing resulting from exposure to water and freezing temperatures; rust or corrosion of any sort; purchased or replacement parts; plastics.
